A personal message to you from the Management Team at The Priory Hotel.
Dear friends,
We hope you managed to stay safe and healthy during what has been a very testing time. Life has changed for us all in the past few months, both personally and in business and we like you, are doing our best to adapt to the new "Norm".
We were devastated to temporarily close our doors in March however, we have worked tirelessly to reopen our doors and develop a policy to keep you, our guests, customers and our staff members as safe as we possibly can. Since opening our doors in 1972 we have built our business and reputation on caring about people and this has never been more important than it is right now, as we endeavour to reassure our guests, customers and staff of our ongoing promise to their safety, comfort and wellbeing.
The Priory Hotel have taken advice from industry bodies and local authorities to apply their safety guidelines. We have also developed and implemented our own safety programme.
As always we are committed to doing our very best for you, it is what we have built our reputation upon over the last 42 years. Whilst we are living in a time of social distancing you will always be assured of a warm Highland Welcome and Hospitality.
Our priority is the wellbeing of our guests, customers and staff, we understand at this time of uncertainty in travel that flexibility is of the upmost importance to you. To encourage guests to plan ahead, we have reviewed our booking policies and you can be assured of full flexibility in all and any reservations you make.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check-in time is from 3pm
Minimal contactless check-in and check-out procedures are in operation
Pre check in call made the day priory to arrival to check on your health and wellbeing and discuss any requests you may have for your stay
Full cost of stay to be pre authoristaion the day prior to arrival
Final accounts emailed to guests on the morning of their departure
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Protective screens are in place at reception, bars and payment points
Signage and floor markings in place to assist observation of recommended social distancing
Guests requested to adhere to social distancing guidelines including the wearing of face coverings whilst moving around the hotel
HOUSEKEEPING / CLEANING
Sanitising stations at touchpoints throughout the hotel
Additional cleaning routines for all public areas at regular intervals
Bedroom cleaning increased to reflect appropriate standards
Removal of excess soft furnishings from bedrooms
Room servicing cleans by request only, traditional servicing still available and only when the room is vacant
Hygiene processes reviewed regularly in line with Government guidelines
Rooms sealed, dated and signed by housekeeping team
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Socially distanced dining is in place
Extra hygiene measures are in place for the serving of food and beverages
Complimentary room service available for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Outside area available (Remember to Bring Your Own Blanket BYOB!)
Cash and contactless payments are accepted
STAFF
Full COVID-19 Risk assessments have been carried out
Full staff training on new processes and procedures including COVID-19 specific training
Appropriate PPE issued to staff in all departments
