We have made the decision not to open the hotel restaurant for dinner on Christmas Day, 2026. As an employee-owned hotel, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Christmas is a time for family, friends and loved ones and we want our team to have the opportunity to spend the day with the people who matter to them. So, on Christmas Day, our team will be doing exactly that: celebrating with their own loved ones.
